9th of September 1944 - 1 Sheet Bulgarian Propaganda Poster

Excellent composition with a realistic three dimensional stylized "9" combined with the shape of the red star.
The poster commemorates the date when the Nazi government was overthrown and the pro-Soviet government was installed. This date changed the course of the Bulgarian history and marks the beginning of the communist era in the country.

  • Poster title - Септември 1944
  • Designer - P. Petrov
  • Dimensions- 39" x 26"
  • Condition -
Very good. Unfolded, light tape marks at the bottom corners, no pin holes, sharp edges. On the back side of the top edge there is a full length tape mark - because of this the papers is more thin here. This doesn't affect the look of the post
